Since 2004, Silvia Milligan has been delivering on promises to buyers and sellers in South California. Her love of Real Estate began at an early age following in the footsteps of her father, a Real Estate investor/constructor. Having lived in several culturally rich places and being born in Buenos Aires, Argentina has afforded Silvia a unique international perspective heavily weighted in the luxury market. She is fluent in Spanish, English, Armenian, and Italian. Degreed in Software Development in Buenos Aires, she is also trained in management/business with great experience in marketing and client service.
Her passion took her to the next level when she created her own Real Estate radio show "IN THE HOUSE", a radio broadcast on the Kbeach network, CSULB. The program was designed to inform and educate on a variety of topics that deal with becoming financially independent. She shared her unique perspective on the real estate, interest rates, tips on personal credit and a variety of other interests. Real world guests such as professors, financial advisors, real estate professionals, lawyers, lenders, and many others were interviewed to share their insights.
